It is a Mitsubishi-designed 2.0L SOHC engine that Great Wall and other Chinese manufacturers produced under licence and fitted to a large share of pickups, SUVs and MPVs from the mid-2000s into the 2010s. This is the 4WD and RWD version, not the front-wheel drive variants used in some passenger cars.
