This G4KH cylinder head assembly is a brand new, factory-fresh cylinder head built to OEM standards. It comes with the complete valvetrain pre-installed, including intake and exhaust valves, valve springs, camshafts and all related internal components. You simply transfer your existing external parts – saving significant time and labour during installation.

The G4KH is a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine from the Hyundai/Kia Theta II family, produced from 2010 onwards. It features a lightweight aluminium cylinder block with cast-iron liners, an aluminium 16-valve DOHC cylinder head without hydraulic lifters, a maintenance-free timing chain, and Dual CVVT phase control on both camshafts. Fuel is delivered via Gasoline Direct Injection (GDi), and turbocharging is handled by a Mitsubishi TD04 series turbocharger. The engine produces 240–280 hp and 353–365 Nm of torque depending on generation. This cylinder head is manufactured to exact original tolerances and pressure-tested for reliable, long-lasting performance.
