Chevrolet Onix 1.0L L3 Cylinder Head Assembly – Valves Pre-Installed – Onix / Onix Plus
This Chevrolet Onix 1.0L L3 cylinder head assembly is a brand new, factory-fresh replacement for the three-cylinder Ecotec petrol engine used in the Onix and Onix Plus from 2020 onward. It is supplied with valves pre-installed — intake and exhaust valves, springs, retainers, stem seals and guides are already fitted. The camshafts are NOT included because the E22 engine houses them in a separate camshaft carrier integrated into the valve cover — you reuse your existing carrier and camshaft assembly.

What you transfer from your original head: camshaft carrier with both camshafts and the valve cover (this listing does not include the camshaft assembly), hydraulic lifters, timing belt kit (wet belt, tensioner and idler), head bolts (always fit new stretch bolts), head gasket and remaining gaskets, fuel injectors, spark plugs, ignition coils, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, turbocharger (on turbo variants — confirm engine code) and any sensors or brackets mounted to the head.
